Calling all Entrepreneurs, Investors and Mentors

IBM recently announced its SmartCamp. program to be rolled out in 7 cities worldwide in 2010, including Boston on June 3. SmartCamp is an exclusive global program bringing together entrepreneurs, investors and experienced mentors. In each location, five companies will be selected to spend one day networking with world-class entrepreneurs, investors and industry experts. Last year 4 of the 5 selected companies received funding or investment offers from IBM partners.
Take time to register for SmartCamp if it's a fit for your company or a portfolio company.
Additionally, IBM has recently announced a new program for early stage start-ups called IBM Global Entrepreneur. IBM Global Entrepreneur opens our doors and resources to early stage entrepreneurs looking to bring the next big idea to market and help build a smarter planet.
Through the IBM Global Entrepreneur initiative, start-ups can access:
- IBM software at no charge, either on-premise or in a cloud, to speed up application development
- Expertise from dedicated IBM project managers to assist in product development and go-to-market strategies
- IBM's global network of 38 Innovation Centers for testing on IBM platforms, technology expertise, & market access around the globe
- IBM researchers for joint business and technology innovation
- A network of other entrepreneurs and developers through the new start-up community on IBM developerWorks
We encourage you to register for SmartCamp, IBM Global Entrepreneur or both.
If you have questions, Eric Apse at IBM can help.
